Aguirre, Owner/ Director of Media Services
With 25 years experience in all areas
of broadcast, web and corporate production, Laura knows what
it takes to put high-quality, visually
compelling media within reach of her clients.
Her diverse background as a multi-media producer,
director, writer and on-camera talent allows her to bring all
perspectives
to a project. This 360° approach ensures that creative goals,
budget and desired deadlines will always be kept in harmony.
As a young Navy journalist covering stories
for the Armed Forces Radio and Television Network through her
many years as a producer
in broadcast news and corporate video production, Laura has forged
a strong commitment to innovation, resourcefulness and adventure
that continues to serve her clients well today.
Sara Solomon, Director of Creative Services
Sara’s award winning work applies the aesthetics
of high quality design to all projects, whether in print or
pixels. She provides creative and professional solutions for
logos and identity
packages, print collateral such as brochures, direct mail and
advertising, as well as web site development.
Sara has been in the graphic design industry
for 20 years. She created marketing collateral as a designer
for IBM, then managed
all design projects for a transportation logistics firm. In 1999,
Sara founded S Squared Design, a full service graphic design
firm and partnered with Impact MediaWorks.
Her work helps clients in a range of industries convey key messages
about their products, services and company. Sara applies her
targeted design and great attention to detail to any industry
from healthcare to finance, automotive to event production.
Allison
Wilhelm, Director of Marketing
Allison has been immersed in advertising, marketing and communications
for over 15 years. Her marketing and theatrical background allows
her to provide practical and strategic solutions with a creative
perspective. Whether she is directing a client's marketing plan,
developing their social media campaign, evolving their public
relations program or determining the most effective use of their
media buying dollars, she seamlessly blends client aspirations
with their bottom line for the most successful results possible.
Tim
Vaughan,
Director of Post Production
and
Motion Graphics Specialist
Tim commands nearly a decade of experience
in editing, special effects and animation. Before that, he
worked in the IT field as a consultant for TIAA-CREF and
IBM. This technical knowledge has served IMW well as he has
proven an invaluable asset for our clients looking to optimize
their web presence in several areas from streaming video
to programming.
Tim's appetite for acquiring and learning the newest post-production
software and techniques is insatiable.
His main areas of expertise include Avid, Final Cut Pro Studio
and Adobe Premiere, with graphics and animation done via
Cinema 4d and Adobe After Effects. Tim also serves on the
board of the Charlotte Cutters, a production and post-production
group dedicated to the education and development of its members
through the exchange of ideas, knowledge and experience.
Tim is constantly discovering new ways to implement the latest
techniques in digital special effects and graphics. Whether
you desire something "low-tech" but elegant or
a flashy blockbuster of FX ingenuity, Tim's mastery of cinematic
design and technology accommodates every project's needs.
